Lead Teacher
Hi! My name is W. Travis Gluck. This will be my 12th year working as a teacher at Columbus Pre-School. My first several years at Columbus I worked as an assistant teacher in a 2/3s classroom. Then, I made the transition to being the lead teacher in the Young 3s for 3 years. This will be my second year as the lead teacher for our older 3/4s class. I graduated a few years ago with my master’s degree from Bank Street College of Education in Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special and General Education. I was drawn to teaching thanks to my love of watching children develop and grow. I pride myself on meeting each student at their individual levels and working with them to be the best they can be.
I am excited to introduce you to the many wonderful things about Columbus Pre-School that made me want to join as director 12 years ago.
